What does the $2,000 setup include?
A new or rebuilt website, your Google Business Profile set up properly, tracking so we can see where enquiries come from, and missed-call and enquiry capture. It is a one-off fee.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. It is month to month and you can cancel any time. Billing is monthly in advance and there are no refunds for a month already started.
Who owns the website and accounts?
You do. The domain, website, Google profile, ad accounts and customer data are set up in your name. If you stop working with me, you keep all of it.
Is ad spend included in Full Service?
No. You pay Google and Meta directly from your own card, so you can see every dollar. My fee covers running the ads, never a percentage or markup on spend.
I already have a website. Do I still pay setup?
Talk to me first. If what you have is in good shape and in your name, we can usually work with it and adjust the setup to suit.
Can I change packages later?
Yes. Move up or down at the start of any month. I usually recommend starting with Essentials or Growth and only adding ads once the basics are bringing in enquiries.
Do you only work with tradies?
No. Cafes, salons, clinics, workshops, retailers and trades. If locals find you on Google and ring or message you, this is built for you.
Where are you based?
Sunshine Coast, Queensland. I am happy to meet at your place for a coffee. I also work with businesses anywhere in Australia over the phone and video.
